Sandalwood, a spacious townhome community, is only a 40 minute drive, North East of Pittsburgh, PA. Under HUD guidelines, income-eligible families pay rent based on income. Our features include an on-site laundry facility, tot lots, and a basketball court for the convenience and enjoyment of our residents. Residents live in their own maintenance-free townhouse with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, carpeted bedrooms, energy-efficient natural gas heat, and individual storage rooms. We are located in the Kiski-Valley next to the Kiski-Area High and Middle Schools. Nearby shopping centers include restaurants, grocery and department stores, medical facilities, hair and nail salons. The school bus for elementary and middle schools stops at the entrance and public transportation is only across the street in the nearby plaza.
