Lease terms

Owner pays for HOA fees, pool maintenance and bi-monthly pest control. Renter is responsible for all utilities in their name: electric, gas, water, internet, cable. Pets: $250 per pet (non refundable at time of move-in) and $40 month per pet (non-refundable paid with rent) Optional: Owner has a large standing freezer in garage. If you would like to keep it for use while here, you can buy it outright for $200 or pay additional $20 month. Owner can also take off property if not interested. 12 month lease term. Longer term lease is optional. Must give 60 day notice before lease term expires to renew lease or give notice to vacate. If no notice is given within 60 days and no renewal has been signed by both parties, then base rent goes month-to-month at $2,950 month. If lease is broken before lease term has expired, renter is responsible for 2 months worth of rent at time of move-out.
