Lease terms

No users of any form of tobacco. No recreational drug use on property. Current lease is October thru end of February with option to renew in 6 month increments. First month's (pro rated if applicable) and last month's rent/utils/extras is collected as allowed by law, plus a security deposit to cover accidental damage is collected as allowed by law in private rented furnished home. It's a happy, peaceful, friendly home, seeking others like minded, those that live here generally work days, quiet time generally 7am - 10pm, tho you can come and go quietly any time. Room is suitable to work from home and on zoom during those hours as it is more private with no adjacent bedrooms. If housemate has partner, occasional overnight visits are ok, and a couple may rent the room with additional charge. Housemates do not pay towards housecleaning and yard working service, instead we all clean up after ourselves (common sense, common courtesy) in bath and kitchen, and contribute 2 hrs/wk (flexible) to the gardens, just easy simple sweeping/raking leaves, watering, etc of the beautiful organic gardens - everyone gets to benefit from garden therapy! :) One well behaved F small to medium dog may be possible, to be discussed.
