At 61 Mariposa you will have a chefs kitchen, stocked with all the needed utensils and ware to make any meal. Added cooking amenities include an air fryer, toaster and, outdoor bbq. Off of the kitchen you can relax and enjoy the sunset, on your private deck overlooking your private fenced in yard. There are two spacious bedrooms each with a queen bed, privacy shades, high ceilings and luxurious linens and bedding. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower over tub. There is an additional full bathroom with shower only, located off of the living area. The grand living room with recessed lighting and lots of natural light, is set with a smart tv and cable for in home entertainment. There is plenty of off street parking which is labeled for this unit. There is a shared coin operated washer and dryer, coins and detergent provided for free laundry service. A queens size automatic blow up bed with linens is available for extra sleeping or last minute guests.
