I won't be at Texas State San Marcos in the fall (I'm moving to Round Rock), but we signed a lease at The View on the Square. If you are looking for an off campus apartment that is close to Texas State or are a parent with a daughter that needs a room, this might be the perfect fit for you --
-- its a really amazing apartment, highly rated and very close to campus and the main square. This is a four bedroom (but you sign individual lease for room) and only has one room occupied so far. The room that is occupied is my daughter's best friend and she is super sweet, a Sophomore, and would be a great person to help welcome you.
Lease begins in August, will be ~ $750 a month (you may be able to negotiate lower), and we will pay you first month rent $750 CASH-IN-YOUR-POCKET incentive for anyone who takes it over. You would be signing your own lease if you want to move forward, so can negotiate move in times and monthly rate. Please call or text me if you are interested. Happy to arrange a time for you to meet the roommate and see the place.
