You'll love staying in our spacious, 1500 square-foot, three bedroom 2 1/2 bath home. The upstairs master bedroom has a Cal-King bed , two dressers, a 40 tv, and an ensuite bathroom. The marble-top duel sinks lead to a beautiful custom travertine shower with lots of light. The toilet and walk in closet adjoin the bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with an armoire and shares a Jack n Jill bathroom with the adjoining room. This bathroom also has dual sinks and a marble countertop, but it has a bathtub/shower combo. The 3rd bedroom is furnished as an office space with plenty of room to work from home. At the foot of the stairs, by the front door, is the half bath. The living room has soaring ceilings, a plush sectional couch and 65" smart TV. There's also a small dinette set offering a space for four. The kitchen has all the usual appliances, and a Nespresso coffee maker. Adjoining the kitchen in this open floorplan, is the Moroccan room. It boasts a beautiful lighted china cabinet, a gas fireplace and a futon couch that can be converted to a bed for your overnight guests. There is also a sunroom on the back of the house that is just as drenched with light as it sounds. But the real jewel of our home is our spacious outdoor living areas. In fact, we rarely go inside, preferring to spend our time in one of the many outdoor spaces. The enclosed cabana/TV room has cushy furniture, a 70" TV and an electric heater to keep you toasty on those cool San Diego evenings. Or you could hang with friends at the propane firepit on the round deck by the Art Bar or belly up to the Tiki Bar & Lounge. There is also a 6-top table with an umbrella for dining alfresco with friends. You'll find the spa and another seating area for two at the far side of the yard. Everywhere you wander in the Big Backyard, you'll find unexpected details and artsy additions. There is a bottle wall and a bottle tree, a penny bar top and a margarita machine, just to name a few. And if you're into hiking up out back hill, you'll be rewarded with a gorgeous sweeping view of the whole area. You can even take a swing on the "High Flyer", our grown-up swingset that is perched on the hairy edge of the hill. See the photos for a better idea of the fun & funkiness of our unique backyard.
