Two garage parking as well as street parking is plentiful. No pets are preferred. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. A minimum lease term applies. No sub-lease is permitted. Available on or after June 1st, 2026, this property requires a minimum 12-month lease. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including electricity, gas, water, trash, and internet. Smoking is not permitted. Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 700 and a household income of at least three times the monthly rent. Background and credit checks are required for all adult applicants. Renter's insurance must be obtained prior to move-in. Tenants are also responsible for maintaining the yard and landscaping.
