We have a tastefully updated, yet traditional home in a safe and quiet, well-established neighborhood close to downtown. One may bike there within 15 minutes along the railroad bike trail. We are also close to the YMCA and the Aquatic Center.

Expansive backyard has a hot tub and a cabana with a bed swing for relaxing, a lawn, a trampoline and shade trees.
The room for rent is the primary suite with its own private bathroom. It overlooks the private backyard and has a walk-in shower and two large closets. Comes furnished with a king size bed and matching night stands/ dresser set. Option for a secretary desk and chair as well.
Parking in driveway or on the cul de sac. This is a very safe neighborhood to park on the street.
We have a sweet Bernie doodle who will be at the house on some days and going to work on other days.
This is a very clean, tidy and respectful household. We are shoes off inside the house and have two roborocks available for keeping the floors clean.
6 month lease, afterwards becomes month-to-month
