- Private bedroom, shared bath within beautifully remodeled Rose Garden home in the heart of Silicon Valley.1 exit to the airport,10 mins to downtown San Jose,2 exits to Santana Row...location couldn't be better! - Room is not a "master" so it is comfortable but not exceptionally large, the closet is small. The house however is large and has a formal living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, so there is a lot of common space. - The room has a small closet with french doors and a built-in queen bed. There is no AC in the home but we provide a floor/ movable fan in case we have some warm nights (also a ceiling/ overhead fan). There is also a desk and a chair for your use. The bed is queen size. We have fast Wifi - The bathroom is shared with a 12 year old and one other resident. - The room is only for single occupancy- no exception and no guests. - Guests have access to their room, shared bathroom, a half bath downstairs and respectful use of the common areas. Typically i say no Kitchen privileges but i can be flexible on this depending on the length of lease term and what type of use guests would like. Please message me with what type of cooking, how often and what type. All guests can use the small fridge in their room and the microwave as well as my dishes, utensils and glasses (a shelf in the pantry is also provided for food storage). - Residents will be assigned a code for easy check-in/check-out. Interaction with residents is determined by their desire and our availability. - There are 2 adults who live in the house, an middle school-age child, and 3 hypoallergenic dogs... they are small, non-shedding, and friendly.
