Looking for a professional female house-mate. A private, fully furnished bedroom is available for rent in the Almaden area of South San Jose. It comes with its own entrance. The bedroom features a spacious queen bed and furnishings, a table, a dresser, and a private kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, toaster oven, and sink. A large, full bath is available and is sparingly shared. The home features a spacious front and back yard, with areas to lounge or barbecue. It's located in a safe San Jose neighborhood walkable to groceries & restaurants, close to freeways, and just a few miles from Costco & Target. Several companies offer shuttle services to work locations and stop a few walkable minutes away. The lease will be month-to-month and can extend as long as both parties agree to continue. Renter will be responsible for cleaning their room and the kitchenette. Bathroom cleaning will be shared with other housemates. Small pets, such as a cat or a small dog, are permitted. If there is a pet, the renter will be responsible for cleaning up and repairing any damage to the private and shared spaces. Utilities are included. The room is available immediately.
