This is two bedroom/ one bathroom Victorian. Bedrooms are on the opposite of the side of the apartment so lots of privacy as well as this room faces the spacious, quite backyard. Black out curtains, large closet, high ceilings. There is a loft upstairs that is kept as a yoga, mediation, chill space. The backyard is an oasis of greenery and my favorite spot for morning coffee. Walk-ability score of 94! Lots of amazing restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, pharmacy, tennis court, basketball court Transportation: Bus and trolley stop one block away. A bit about me... I'm a chef that works nights during the week. In my free time I'm usually biking to and from coffee shops, eating at the next restaurant on my list, doing yoga, or planning my next pop up. And yes this means you get to taste all the good food. I like to host friends for backyard BBQ's and dinner parties. I also teach at a non profit cooking school from time to time and love to share my knowledge and love for cooking. Top priorities for me is to keep a clean and peaceful home. As a private chef I prep out the kitchen on occasion for clients so I like to keep it organized and tidy. Its important to me to find someone that aligns with lifestyle as well. If your a big partier this is probably not the right fit for you.
