We have a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom available on the ground floor of our single family home. There is a private entry for the ground floor space. Your upstairs neighbors would be a family of 3. There are 2 full bathrooms, one good sized bedroom, a living room, and a kitchenette. There is also a private deck off the bedroom that faces west towards Ocean Beach as well as a shared yard. We are located 1 block from Golden Gate Park, and 3 blocks from the beach. Street parking is pretty simple (no 2 hour restrictions, only weekly street cleaning) and the commute to downtown, USF, or anything in between is very easy as we're about a half block away from where the 5R picks up. There are also laundry machines in the garage, which you will have access to any time you need them. Cats are okay (and more then welcome!) No dogs please The rent includes all utilities (PG&E, Water, Garbage, and cable/high speed internet with several streaming services, including HBO, Netflix, HULU, etc.) You will also notice in the photos that the living room is partially furnished with a television, rug and couch. Any of these items can stay if you want, or they can easily be moved/disposed of also. We are asking $2,700/month for rent and a one month's security deposit (also $2,700) and are flexible on the term of the lease.
