Wonderful home - it's literally around the corner from Wasteland on Haight Street, a couple of blocks to Whole Foods or Gusses and a few minute walk… to the N, or an hour walk to the beach through Golden Gate Park.

The current tenants and the people in the apartment below have been living in the property for 4 years. In that time, we've upgraded the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. The second bathroom could receive a makeover if you wished.
Hardwood floors that used to be a dance studio. Victorian details throughout. A new laundry center. Fast Monkeybrains internet as part of the rent.
There are four bedrooms - and the living room has been used as a 5th, so that is indeed an option. All the rooms have different advantages - all unique.
It's on the top floor, and out of respect to the people living downstairs, it's a shoes off home. No pets for the same reason.
There's a hardware story literally on the opposite block and the owners are contractors so they can make quick repairs if anything goes wrong.
