IMPORTANT: Read before applying I'm looking for 5 roommates who are interested in joining me (Owner) in living in my newly remodeled apartment. About The Apartment: This is a two-story apartment, with 6 bedrooms (5 available), 2 baths, 1 kitchen, 1 kitchenette, 2 living rooms, and in unit laundry. The apartment is located on a tree-lined block, 30 seconds away from the Panhandle Park. Centrally located in the NOPA neighborhood near USF, UCSF, Divisadero, and Haight Ashbury commercial districts. About Me: I want to make it clear that I will be living in the apartment, so you should know some stuff about me too (your potential roommate). I am 25 year old guy born and raised in the Bay Area, and moving out to the city. In my free time I like to bike, run, golf, climb, play pickup basketball, chess, poker and generally stay active and social on the weekends. When Im working, I am programming for a small start up in the financial district. Im in office 3-4 days a week and remote on Fridays. I like to grind when I'm working, but I take my weekends seriously, and am just as invested in life outside of work. Being with friends, experiencing new things, etc. I am trying to make a really healthy and strong living environment for everyone that will be living here. The goal for me would be to create a household where all of us are friends and can generally get along and enjoy each others company. This is a unique living situation, but I think for the right people it can be a really great opportunity for everyone. The house is sweet, and the location is even better.
