We are two females looking for an easygoing and responsible individual. The bedroom has a nice view of Twin Peaks and has a large walk-in closet. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated. The kitchen has granite countertops. The dishwasher is a Bosch (very quiet). We have a Cafe convection oven, a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser in the door and a microwave. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other person. The flat has two full bathrooms. The flat has a laundry room with a new washer and dryer and is on the top floor. We have high ceilings. Lots of natural light since it is a corner building. My roommate is moving to Berkeley. He is going to attend Berkeley. There is ez street parking. Need a neighborhood permit: $215 annual fee All utilities are extra. The flat is approximately 1,450 sq. ft.
