Our well-appointed, furnished studio cottage sits nestled in a serene and private garden between The Mission and Noe Valley neighborhoods. The cottage is small and sweet, with everything that 1-2 people need. You'll find a double bed tucked into a nook, living area with L-shaped couch, desk, closet, and storage under the bed and couch. The full kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, toaster, under-counter fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and cookware (no dishwasher). There is a full bath with tub/shower. Two skylights make for an exceptionally light, tranquil setting. The garden in which the cottage sits is lush, peaceful, and surprisingly quiet for the city. The garden is shared with our family, and includes flowers, a vegetable garden, a chicken coop, a playhouse, and seating areas. Shared laundry is nearby. The cottage is located behind our Victorian home, on Guerrero between 23rd and 24th Streets, two blocks from the Mission with many of the city's best restaurants, shops, and cultural opportunities, and four blocks from vibrant, family-oriented Noe Valley with its Saturday farmers market, local shops, and Whole Foods market. Safeway is a half mile away. There is a friendly corner store with groceries, coffee and prepared food. Dolores Park is .8 miles away. Walk score of 99.
