Space is good for one person who works outside the home most days. Best fit if you keep non-traditional hours- we previously hosted a chef who worked out well for a year. THE ROOM: Light-filled with two windows, queen bed, couch, clothes rack and built-in storage. THE APARTMENT: 1,100 sq ft Victorian with tall ceilings, original details, and natural light. We love to cook so the kitchen is well stocked: dishwasher, espresso machine, pizza oven, stand mixer and more. In-unit laundry, spacious plant-filled living room, one full bathroom and a separate half bath. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Two blocks to Polk Street for groceries, coffee, restaurants and bars, with easy access to North Beach, the Marina, and Chinatown. Views of Alcatraz, Coit Tower, Lombard Street and the Transamerica building nearby. ABOUT US: Couple + 20lb doodle (no additional pets). We love this apartment, keep it in great shape, work a mix of in office/at home. We love having people over for dinner or just a quiet night in, and are typically in bed by 10pm on weeknights and midnight on weekends.
