One large but chill dog in house, can not accept any other pets, sorry! Common areas that are available for use are large kitchen, inside laundry room, private backyard pool and tons of parking directly in front of the house is available. We are easygoing, friendly but quiet, this is definitely not a party house! We value serenity and no drrrrrama! Room is suitable for one person only, no entertaining, no overnight guests. No availability for EV charging. We are also very clean and keep the house picked up and organized, if you are not a clean freak, this is probably not the house for you! Greatly prefer someone who works outside the home. One of the owners is an Accountant that works from home, the other is a retired Federal Agent/Law Enforcement. Month-to-month tenancy, $1700/month rent plus $1000 security deposit, must pass credit/background check, tenant screening application administered by SmartMove, a subsidiary of TransUnion. Must have good credit! Rent amount includes all utilities, including high speed internet. PLEASE include some information about yourself when responding!!
