Lease Duration: 12-month standard lease. Move-In Costs: First month's rent + a security deposit equal to one month's rent due at signing. Utilities: Landlord covers Water and Trash. Tenant is responsible for setting up their own SDG&E account for electricity. (Bonus: The unit has dedicated solar panels that will drastically offset your monthly SDG&E bill!) Renter's Insurance: Tenant is required to provide proof of a standard renter's insurance policy prior to receiving the keys.
