Owner pays for gardener. The home comes with solar so your utilities are much reduced. Trash and compost are collected every Wednesday morning and recycling is included every other week. It is your responsibility to take the cans to the curb each week. Smoking outdoors only. No illegal activities or drugs permitted on the property. No longterm storage (more than 30 days) of any vehicle, boat, RV or trailer on the property or on the street. Please park your personal use vehicles in garage, driveway or directly in front of the house. Pets are allowed but please be mindful to keep the yard clean and dispose of waste weekly. There is an additional pet rent of $500 per pet, per month. Limit 3 animals on the property. This is a one year minimum lease to be paid on the first of each month with a 3 day grace period. Fee of $250 for late payment. Laundry is provided in the garage. Always remember to water the trees along the street with the drain hose (specific instructions upon signing). The outdoor shower and tub are also set up for watering outdoor plants. There are also rain barrels and buckets to water plants, which keeps the water usage to a minimum. If there are any home maintenance issues please notify me immediately. Appliances are available for use only while leasing the property. If any appliance breaks, it is your responsibility to repair or replace it if you want it. If renting it furnished and any object or furniture in the house breaks, you are responsible to replace it if you want to use it. (This applies to normal wear and tear only.) Any intentional or excessive damage to the property or home furnishings will be assessed and charged accordingly. If I need to enter the property for any reason I will give you 24 hours notice.
