Dogs only allowed, no cats. Yard is partially fenced. Under the stairs, you'll find a pack n play if you have a little one. On the side of the house in the shed, you'll find plenty of beach fun items, such as, an inflatable paddle board, a boogie board, an easy up. Plenty of street parking, and one drive way parking spot.
