The bedroom has a floor to ceiling ocean view window and is furnished with new memory foam bed, nightstand, a new desk that has adjustable height, a dresser, and floor lamp. There is also an extra living room suite possible at 1500 a month. I am looking for another chill roommate, either a working professional or someone in university or doing university research. Typical housemates are UCSD researchers or grad students/post docs. The house is in the Bay Ho area so close to UCSD, USD , Beaches/ Everything in central San Diego and there is a trolley station near the house that most housemates just walk to or use the Rose Creek Bike Path that goes to UCSD. I say it is amazing as the house is very well decorated and outfitted with nice upscale but comfortable furnishings and everything else anyone could possibly need, ( really nice cooking stuff and glassware , barware, plates, silverware all nice) and of course the views from the house are amazing day and night at night it is breathtaking! I am looking for a roommate that communicates well and is chill and friendly and definitely neat and well organized. In the past my roommates have all said that I am a great roommate. I have had roommates from all around the world! I make incredible meals/share food together everyday if you want. Plus you can have fun at home, invite other people over, or go out to beaches, hikes, work out at the home gym, etc. The house is in a great quiet neighborhood ( non through street) with easy access to getting anywhere. The new Rose Creek Bike Trail is below the house and the new trolly station is too! Roommates have biked or taken the trolley daily to UCSD or USD and SDSU. THE HOUSE: It is very nicely furnished house but still comfortable. Nice well equipped Kitchen( everything possible and very upscale from dishes to glassware, barware, cooking materials, etc) with two nice dens/ lounge areas which then opens up to a great outdoor deck with a view of the bay/ocean. The patio is large and covered .like an additional room with outdoor sofa, chair dining table , area rugs. Each den/living rooms have new 4k qled tvs. The patio has tropical plants ( there is indoor plants too!) and very nice outdoor sofa, chair, and breakfast/dinner/office table. The rest of the house has everything else needed including high speed wireless mess internet systems, huge washer dryer; barbecue grill, two refrigerators, and much more! ABOUT ME: I am an entrepreneur, but after I had to deal with cancer a few years ago I realized a need to help others and founded a local cancer charity and help raise money for cancer research. I am very social, I hang out with friends, go to the beach , love music and live music concerts and festivals, travel. I work from home mostly and work out a lot with the home gym. WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR: A friendly, sociable, clean, responsible roommate that is either in school or a working professional. I am looking to have a nice friendly/family like vibe in the house. Someone that enjoys dinners together sometimes , if time allows.
