Lease terms

Available August 2026 (August 15, 2026 at the very latest, possibly available earlier in the month of August). Rent is $3975 per month plus one-time deposit with 2 year lease term. Tenant is also responsible for all utilities (electric, gas, water, etc.), cable, internet, etc. Landlord pays for gardener and regularly scheduled City trash, recycling and green organics pick-up. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING OR REQUESTING A TOUR: 24 month lease term. MUST have good credit (minimum 680 credit score) and verifiable sufficient source of payment or lease co-signer/guarantor must have good credit (minimum 680 credit score) and verifiable sufficient source of payment. Each adult occupant must apply, qualify and sign the lease. Must have good rental history/rental references. NO PETS (non-negotiable). NO SMOKING (non-negotiable). Limit of 4 occupants. Each prospective adult occupant and any guarantor/co-signer must complete an application and, if approved, will also be required to sign the lease. This house is being offered directly by the owner and not a rental agency. The house, in its entirety, is being offered and not its individual rooms. As a result, any person signing the lease will be responsible or, if applicable, their co-signer/guarantor will be responsible for the entire amount of the rent and must currently have a verifiable sufficient source of payment to cover the entire amount of the rent.
