The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood in Ocean Beach with ample street parking and is 3 blocks from the water on Sunset Cliffs.… Large front and backyard. Great sunset and ocean views from front yard.
The room for rent is carpeted, has large closet space and will share a bathroom with a guy. Washer and dryer in garage shared by all housemates (4 total which includes potential roommate).

A male musician and female engineer (myself) currently live in the house. for over 10 years. We are in our early-40s and have various schedules. We are very laid back and occasionally have small BBQs or get togethers to watch the sunset.
