You can watch the TV* while sitting in the Human Touch brand massage chair. The full bathroom includes a solar tube for natural light, a Brondell heated bidet toilet seat, a soaking tub, and a 30-inch vanity with plenty of storage. You can program an Eufy robot vacuum while you're away. You can enjoy a garden view from the kitchen window. The blinds will keep the room dark when you need to catch up on some zzz. The breezy screened-in patio includes a seating area and your full-size W/D. Also, the property has a whole-house water filter system.
The property is centrally located in the Fairmount Park neighborhood, one of San Diego's "Hidden Gems". It offers super easy access to I-805, I-15, I-5, SR 94, and SR 163. Only 2.5 miles east of downtown San Diego, it is close to everything - 3.5 miles from Coronado, 6 miles to Mission Valley, and La Jolla is 12 miles away. A quick 10-minute drive will take you to the beaches, and Balboa Park/San Diego Zoo is only 2.5 miles away. Several San Diego Trolley stations are nearby if you choose to take public transit. Ample street parking - you will rarely have any issues parking in front of the house.

About Deposits (for transparency reasons):
* The $45 Application Fee is for Tenant Screening. You're asked to pay a fee of about $45 directly to KeyCheck upon tenant screening. The actual price may be more or less than $45. Please do not pay this fee to me. I only ask the selected prospective tenant to undergo the screening. This means I'm ready to move forward with you when I invite you to the tenant screening. If you decline to do a screening, I will move on with another prospective tenant.
* A non-refundable Cleaning fee is applied to a professional cleaning service upon move-out. This is the fee for a professional cleaner after you move out. All filters in the fridge, the vacuum cleaner, and the AC/Heater are replaced with new ones for every tenant.
* When you return the keys, the refundable deposit will be deposited into a Cashier's Check issued by a financial institution in your name.
A 3-month lease is preferred.
