Amazing panoramic ocean view from the private deck, bedroom, backyard, and the dining room table! We are looking for a friendly, responsible person who wants to share our home. Mellow, non shedding small dogs might be ok, as well as cats. Dogs that shed, large dogs, or dogs that bark aren't allowed. I'm allergic to most dogs, unfortunately. They have to have hair, not fur An upstairs bedroom is available on July 1. The private deck is very big, and is like having a private yard. None of the other roomies have access to the deck. We are 420 friendly :-) There will be bongs out, etc. We treat cannabis the same way some folks put beer or wine in their refrigerators. One of us likes to keep a very small medical cannabis garden. We aren't hippies, or partiers, and we keep a clean, organized home. No drugs are allowed, other than cannabis or alcohol. We are very mellow, easy going people. One of us has a super special, amazing dog we call Bella. She's adorable and loves everyone :-) I'm a male in my 40's. I don't care if you're 21 or 65, we are open minded and have friends of all ages. We've lived with people of all ages with no problems. Current roomies are 47, 36, 25 years old. Most bills are included, however we don't have cable, and don't watch TV. If you'd like to do that, it's ok, of course, but you'll have to pay for cable on your own. A washer and dryer, and a second refrigerator are located in the garage, and easily accessible. No other garage access or storage is available.
