It comes with hardwood and tile floors (no carpet), stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, large gas stove, tankless water heater, IN-UNIT washer/dryer, central heating, and 1 assigned driveway parking space. No smoking of any kind (including vaping). Pets are conditional: cats will be considered; one dog over the age of 1 year old considered on a case-by-case basis and with Vet verification. Absolutely no dogs under the age of 1, no exceptions. Cats cost an additional $1,000/stay (up to two) and dogs will cost an additional $500-750/stay (depending on breed, size, age, etc), if they are approved.
