Rent includes all utilities and Wi-Fi, based on normal usage for 1 person. 1 year term, 1 month rent deposit, No Pets, Non Smoker, 1 occupant. Background and credit check fee approx $35 to be paid by applicant. You need to be comfortable with a friendly big dog who is in the yard sometimes. Before we schedule a viewing, I'd like to do a quick prescreen to make sure the property and rent are a good fit. Please expect the following questions about your employment and income? 1. What is your current employment status and job title? 2. How long have you been with your current employer? 3. What is your approximate gross monthly (or annual) income? 4. Would you be able to provide recent pay stubs, bank statements, or an employment letter as proof of income? 5. Do you have significant monthly debt obligations (loans, credit cards) that might impact your ability to pay rent on time? 6. Are you ready to rent for 12 months minimum? 7. Would you be able to provide references from your current or previous landlord and/or employer? 8. Are you comfortable undergoing a background check and credit check as part of the application process? 9. Have you rented in the last few years? If yes, how long were you at your last place? 10. Have you ever been late on rent or had any issues with prior landlords? If so, could you explain the circumstances? 11. Can you pay rent via Zelle or Venmo?
