This furnished mid-century home is located in North Central San Antonio, 5 minute drive from the medical center and a 10-minute drive downtown. It is as prime a location as one can be as it has access to the major highways (i10 & 410).
The house has three fully furnished bedrooms with nightstands, dressers, desks, ceiling fans, towels, washcloths, towels, a washer/dryer, etc. My favorite The third room is an office with plenty of light. This room was recently remodeled--new floors, closet, bathroom toilet, sink. One room has a queen bed frame 12-inch mattress, and the second has a large full-size bed enough to fit two people. The house has a ring alarm system with cameras around the property for extra lighting.
The neighborhood is busy with plenty of dog walkers, people walking, and bus commuters. The neighborhood has a sense of safety and security. The streets are well-lit at night, and the community has a strong sense of camaraderie. The people who live and work here are hardworking and focused on their own lives, but they are also friendly and quick to lend a helping hand when needed. The area is diverse, with a mix of cultures and backgrounds, which adds to the vibrant and dynamic atmosphere. Overall, it's a neighborhood that one would enjoy living in, as it's safe, clean, and has a strong community spirit.
There is a guest house on the property, which I rent to medical professionals with a shared backyard, which Ive never seen anyone use from the guesthouse. The guesthouse has a private entrance and parking, there is no need to mention it besides the shared backyard.
There are a few rules to respect, such as parties and smoking not being allowed in the house.
If all rent is paid, there are no significant damages upon departure, and the $1000 deposit will be fully returned. The landlord checks in on the property once every 6 weeks.
