This is a 4 bedroom home with 3.5 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.… In addition to the bedrooms there is also an office and a room off the kitchen that we were previously using as a play room. The house also features a large deck off the kitchen with a slide the and play area for the kids in the backyard. It backs up to a park and school. We have absolutely loved living in this house for the past 6 years and are excited for the next family to enjoy it. New microwave and stove within the last year. This house features a basement apartment is rented separately, but is extremely private and separate from the main house (top two floors). It is partially furnished.
