Historic Avenues apartment only minutes from the heart of Downtown Salt Lake, the convention center, Energy Solutions Arena (Jazz B-ball), Capitol Theatre, Temple Square, museums, shopping, and still only approximately 45 minutes to the mountain tops and seven world class ski resorts! Located on a tree lined street near many beautiful turn of the century homes. Comes with a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, two smart T.V.s with cable, an outdoor seating area, coffee/tea and creamer. This is a completely private Apartment with no shared doors in the building. The outdoor seating area is just around the corner from the front door and gets pleasant afternoon sunshine. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room as well. The entire apartment and outdoor seating area for two. I give you your privacy but am always available to answer questions or help make your stay more enjoyable. The Historic Avenues area is a local's favorite for good reason. There are beautiful and historic homes on quiet tree lined streets and you're still only minutes from the best that Salt Lake has to offer. Nearby you have many shops (including a coffee shop less than a block away), restaurants, beautiful City Creek Canyon, the University of Utah and much more. Whether you have a vehicle or not, the place is walking distance to just about any thing you'd want to see in the city. Also, the place is less than a mile walk from the nearest TRAX light rail station, and Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful across the valley making them a quick and convenient choice as well. We follow our own as well as Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol: -We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob -We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination -We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists -We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay -We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
