This listing is for the top house with access to the front yard, porch, and balcony with one sizeable bedroom and an office. Relax on the porch + balcony, stroll to the capitol, or grab brunch at Arlo nearby. Marmalade Hill Historic District is known for its early fruit trees, steep streets, and eclectic vintage homes. This charming area blends history, nature, and city convenience all in a compact, walkable neighborhood.
I'll be traveling for two months, August 5th to October 7th, but my 16-year old cat Sweetie is staying home. I've reduced the rate to reflect that. I look forward to welcoming you!
