Term - Month to month, so there's no obligation if you don't like living here (does go both ways). Don't want anyone feeling stuck. Lifestyle & Expectations: My Schedule - I work from home 4 days a week, so I'm around most days, usually in my room. Generally work 7-3 Cleanliness - We share biweekly cleaning of common areas. The space is kept tidy and organized, but I'm not a "neat freak." Just want to be mutually respectful and ensure things are put away. Guests - Guests who stay more than 2 days need to be discussed in advance and added to the lease/agreement if they stay frequently. Smoking/Partying: No smoking inside the house. I don't care what you do outside. Not super interested in hosting large parties, but having a few friends over occasionally is totally fine Next Steps: If you're interested, please message me with a short bio about yourself, including your job/schedule, hobbies, and what you're looking for in a living situation.
