Located on a shared (my home is a couple acres away) 10 acre property, close to local vineyards/wineries, hazelnut orchards, ponds (great for bass fishing) and creeks. Basketball hoop. Regular wildlife (deer, beavers, otter, countless types of ducks and birds, etc). 2900+ sqft house with wrap around porch, storage shed, large carport, fenced back yard area. House has 3 good sized rooms, one smaller (bedroom/office), and one sunroom (off of one of the bedrooms). Two full bathrooms as well (one upstairs, one downstairs). Laundry room. Dining, kitchen. Walk in pantry. Part of the farmhouse living includes wood burning fireplace (or mini split for heat/ac), and responsibility for mowing your portion of the lawn (I have a riding mower provided). Well water and septic included in rent, you would be responsible for electricity, internet (probably Starlink), and garbage. Fruit trees on the property (plums, pear, many apple trees). Pet considered with approval (please provide information on pet with interest/application). There is a fenced portion of the yard if you happen to have a dog, but please no loud/outdoor barking as we enjoy the quiet country :) Vehicles limited to 3. Renters insurance required. Smoking of any kind not allowed. A $50 per applicant fee is due upon approval of application. Good rental history and references required. Income requirements: 2.5x rent Rent is $3000/month 1 year lease to start First and Last months rent, along with $1500 refundable deposit required due at time of lease signing.
