All utilities, furnishings, linens, dishes, and cookware included. Must pass background check.

    We do not do showings of this property. It is booked, as is. This is for a short-term renter only, maximum six months, referred to as a guest. It is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, fully furnished including plenty of dishes, cookware, and linens. All utilities including fast WiFi, are included in the rental price. No animals. No smoking of any kind. $350 fee for evidence of either. This apartment is ideally for traveling professionals. In accordance with our agreement with the management company, upon lease signing, we will also ask you for your ID, your email address, and to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement. The TV is a ROKU, which means you can stream Netflix, HBOMax, Hulu, etc, using your OWN accounts. This is a safe area of town, but it is in a capital city. That means that you may hear normal city noises, like homeless people, traffic, garbage trucks, a train, or aircraft. We do provide earplugs for this reason. The house next door recently had a tragic house fire, and debris and rubble is still being dealt with. This is an eyesore, which you will see out your window. This is a building of eight apartments. There are four (unassigned) parking spots in the back of the apartment. You're welcome to park there, if there's room. Otherwise, there is on-street parking. There is an app-operated laundry setup in the basement.
