Hi, we own a 15 acre homestead in Salem, AR and we have 2 homes on the property. We are looking for someone to share one of the homes with our other renter. He is quiet and stable and keeps to himself, working daily. All utilities will be paid by us and it includes high speed internet. The place has been remodeled and is furnished. No pets will be allowed but we have 3 cats and 1 dog that go in and out of our house and around the property. We also have chickens running around so you can have free eggs. This is a very quiet and safe place close to town but private. Would be perfect for someone with a retirement income or works from home. Refundable deposit of $200 and $600 a month with a month to month lease. We would be very interested in finding someone who is like minded about the times we are in and wants to pitch in with preserving foods and building the place up for coming emergency off grid living.
