The home is located on a tree-lined brick street within walking distance of Crescent Lake which has many activities and features, great for walking the dog or meeting up for a game of pickleball. One of the most exciting amenities Trader Joe's is literally 3 blocks from the house. Oh, and there are soooo many great restaurants in the area. You are also 5 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, museums, the Pier, exceptional dining, and nightlife. There is so much to like about our bungalow. The house is freshly painted with refinished original hardwood floors. The home furnishings are a mix of modern and vintage it feels like you are staying with your bestie. There are two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The spacious main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, two large closets and an extremely comfortable king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a tall comfy queen bed, great closet space and a door to the outside. Additionally, there is a large Florida sunroom, perfect for a home office. The kitchen is quaint with original cabinets. The living room and dining room make the house feel open. Lots of windows and lots of light! Parking is available on the street and there are two spots outside the garage via the alley. The washer and dryer are easily accessible in the garage. The house has two flat screen TVs with ROKU (cable not included) so you can stream your favorite shows. The backyard is fenced in for your pet to enjoy. The house has a front and back porch where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. The price is $3250 a month plus utilities (electric/water/Wi-Fi/cable). We are open to 7 12-month lease agreement and a pet with a non-refundable deposit.
