FULLY FURNISHED, ALL BILLS PAID PROPERTY Renter is responsible for: - any additional fees due to upgrades for wifi - Monthly rent: Due on 1st of every month via Venmo or Zelle. Late fee of $10 for every day that passes from the 3rd. - $2,000 security deposit, First month's rent - Keep the premises clean of trash and debris - Repairs for any damage caused by Tenant or Tenant pet neglect or abuse - Ensuring and communicating health of the property to Landlord as soon as problems occur (ie. grass dying, leaky toilet, etc.) - Absolutely no subletting allowed. Only tenants on lease (and their minors) are legally allowed to live on the property -Tenant will be responsible for any neglect or abuse to front or back lawn (absolutely no parking, water slides or laying debris on grass).
