This first-floor apartment in our French Tudor Duplex, is available as a furnished medium-term rental.… This home has been beautifully restored to its original character & charm. This has been a successful Airbnb home, but we have decided to switch to medium/long-term rentals. The extra bed in the middle bedroom can be removed, if desired. The third bedroom off of the kitchen has a trundle bed. You can also add your own desk for an office area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials that you will need. There is a large living room & dining room area, ample closet space, and use of the washer/dryer in the lower level. This unit also has a second bathroom on the lower level. There is a fenced back yard as well. The home is tastefully decorated, and we provide extra pillows, extra soft blankets, and comfortable throws. Our mattresses are high-quality and very comfortable. We also have extra safety features such as security cameras, smoke detectors in all bedrooms, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Details: FIRST-FLOOR UNIT: Rent: $2,250/month Available: August 4th, 2026 Security Deposit (refundable): $500.00 Pet Deposit: - $150 NON-REFUNDABLE (NO DOGS ALLOWED / POSSIBLY CATS OR OTHER SMALL PETS) An additional $200/month (Includes: electric, gas, sewer, water, trash, lawn care & maintenance & high-speed internet).
