Tenant will be responsible for yard maintenance and keeping the gutters cleaned as well as monthly changing of the HVAC filter. Otherwise any repairs needed above $100 the landlord will take care of.

About the building
This is a charming home that is tucked away on almost 4 acres.… My favorite feature is pulling down Marshall Rd and stopping at the fresh farm stand at the end of the street. Once you are home there are no neighbors in site. So room to lets the kids play, cook out, have friends over for a bon fire and so much more. The bedrooms are smaller, but easily hold a queen sized bed. But with this much land, hopefully you won't spend all your time indoors playing video games. The house has been completely remodeled over the last year included electric panel, HVAC, roof etc so that should equate to energy efficient bills. This home is centrally located in Calvert so it should make for a reasonable commute to PAX and Andrews and even DC. Comcast is the internet provider in our county, but I have great luck with Verizons hot spot so shop around for internet! I'm looking for a good quality long term tenant so please feel free to ask questions. I will do pre-screening before setting up showings to ensure my safety and that we are not wasting each others time. Pets are not preferred, but will be considered. Female cat or small/medium dog.
