This rental is a one-year lease minimum with the option to extend at market rates There are no pets allowed this is a "No Pet" HOA, no smoking/ vaping that includes inside and outside the property. All utilities are responsibility of the tenant, must show transfer before occupancy First month, last month's rent & security deposit due before occupancy. Rental inspections will be made at Management's discretion. Absolutely no subleasing to additional tenants, not described on lease. All other lease stipulations, such as CC&Rs and Rules & Regulations of common properties, will be honored. Application Fee: $50 per person, anyone age 18 and older who will be residing there.
