We have ongoing 4 bedrooms we rent in our home.…
We thoroughly check all renters so this is a safe and comfortable home. All current room mates are chill and good people and this is a great community. Our renters says we are the best landlords they have ever had and that it's more of a room mate feel than landlord/tenant. The house is designed and set up for all areas of the house to be shared so renters feel very comfortable, while also having full large private room to come and go as they please independently.

The room:

--65" flat screen smart TV in your bedroom
--Sofa chairs or couch to have private sitting space in room
--Included all linens, pillows, towels, night stands/side tables, lamps, in room fridge. More furnishings available on request; dresser, work desk, desk chair, etc. Let us know what you need to be comfortable and we can make it happen.
The home:

It's such a great area and a hub for hangouts with all us roommates. You will have plenty of designated personal space in the kitchen and fridge to store all your own food.
--Designated space throughout house to store your belongings; space in kitchen, bathroom, coat closet for winter gear, etc. We really put in the effort to make everything equal and everyone feels welcome.
--Full size 16x32 feet in-ground indoor heated pool!!

We are easy going, kind people and will only be renting to other chill and respectful working professionals, this guarantees a healthy and happy home environment.
We will respect your privacy and your space, once you have rented the room none of us will be going in there without your permission. You will have a lock on your door that will be programmed with a code of your choice as well as fingerprint entry.
We are fun and social with a good work/life balance and so are all roommates. When time permits, you will always be welcome for a yummy shared dinner, hangout, going out exploring Duluth or playing some games together. We have had renters away from home that loved having someone around to make them a birthday cake and celebrate with them and a home to be over the holidays. Socialize as much or as little as you like.
VERY IMPORTANT:
*No excessive drinking or drug abuse. Please know how to moderate, we do not allow drug addicts in our home.
We ourselves enjoy craft beer and other drinks as do our room mates in moderation. Mainly we don't want anything that disrupts the good living of all other room mates.
No cigarette smoking at all.
We do appreciate if you can support our recycling and composting system.

LOCATION:
Within 20 minutes of everything; downtown Duluth, Hermantown, Cloquet, all shopping and stores. Great location; like an oasis just far enough out of town to be spacious feeling like you're on vacation with our beautiful yard and amenities yet close enough to easily access everything you need.
RENT:
*Single occupancy price, double occupancy negotiable*
Only $997 including all utilities! We have a weekly cleaner and a landscaping/snow removal service so you don't need to take care of anything.
Included are all these amenities: electricity, 2 internet sources, home security system, garbage, recycling, hot tub and pool maintenance, lawn maintenance and reliable snow removable so that you can always get to and from home easily. This also includes weekly cleaning of common areas by a cleaner. Something our roommates find very valuable is many free amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, dish soap, zip loc bags, aluminum foil, etc. For the kitchen we supply organic foods for sharing; all the spices, cooking oil, flour, sugar, honey, coffee and tea plus other kitchen supplies. It's very handy that you can use a little bit of some tape, a post stamp, use the printer or borrow the tool kit instead of having to get your own.
We appreciate everyone to clean up after themselves always but we pay for services for all maintenance so no one else needs to worry about chores, shoveling snow, etc. You can just relax when at home.
--We are renting month-to-month. We want to offer you flexibility to leave when it works for you.
--Must pass rental background check and employment verification
1,000 down for security deposit
49.99 background check fee (This will be fully refunded if you pass and are accepted)
