Minimum 3-month lease but up to a year lease is available, converting to month-to-month thereafter. Monthly rent is $1,300 for a furnished bedroom inside of the property and includes electricity, water, gas, trash, Wi-Fi, and access to the home's shared kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry area, backyard, and pool. The room is fully furnished and includes a private bathroom outside of the room. The home is owner-occupied, with the property owner/manager residing on-site.
