My housemate and I have 1 bedroom with shared bathroom available for rent in a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom in the new house located in North Natomas starting on July 1st, 2026 (with a single occupancy). The room is approximately 10'x11' bedroom with one beautiful window that provides plenty of sunlight. We share a large sized living room and full kitchen. Your bedroom is upstairs that share bathroom with the other person. There is a washer & dryer on the second floor. The rent is $850.00 per month exclude utility bill. My house is very closed to all main restaurants and grocery stores, and the airport. About your housemates: *A professional F in her 40's who works full time during the week, and also works part time job. *Two professional M in his early 40's who works full time with different schedule. We sometimes have company, but we are always very respectful of each other and make sure that we shut things down at a decent hour and keep the noise levels down and the common areas clean in respect for one another. We are looking for someone who is mature, clean, reasonable, amicable, accountable, responsible, and especially financially dependable to move in with us. We are also looking for someone who is willing to pitch in with tasks such as bringing the mail into the house and taking the trash and recyclables down to our bins when needed. It is also very important to both of us to have a housemate that has the common respect and decency for keeping our common areas clean. Unclean and inconsiderate habits are an absolute deal breaker for the both of us, and we are looking for someone who can commit to a regular cleaning schedule that will be shared. Neither of us are looking for a BFF, but someone who is socially comfortable and generally amicable and is willing to communicate and respond to us about general house issues that involve all of us. We keep things fairly quiet, low-key, peaceful and drama-free in our home, and we are hoping to find someone who desires the same type of living environment to come and join our home!
