Rental History Requirements : Proof of 3 years of positive rental history with landlord contact info. * No evictions, unpaid balances or late payments. * Mortgage records can also be used. Credit & Background Requirements: Credit report within the last 30 days. with a minimum credit score required (680). Positive credit history: no judgments, collections or bankruptcies. Financial Reserves Requirements: 4x the rent saved in the bank for 5 months. Identification Requirements: provide enlarged scans of any of 2 of the following listed below. Current, valid driver license, Photo ID, Current, valid passport. Fee Requirements: $50 Application Fee, collected after completed application and all required documentation supplied.
