Fully Furnished home with all amenities. Minimum stay is 30 days - maximum is 120 days (possibly longer with additional terms). Prior to rental all prospective tenants will be required to complete a full background check, including criminal, credit, and eviction history. Applicants must provide references from their two most recent landlords and/or property management company. In addition, applicants must provide proof of income and financial documentation demonstrating they make at least 3x times the monthly rent. No pets/ animals of any kind are allowed on the inside premise and/or outside the premises at any time. #1 Bedroom California King Sleep number bed (Purple Comforter) with private full bathroom w/walk in shower. Monthly cost$1.300 + $100 (Electricity bill) = $1,400 a month #2 Bedroom Full size bed with turquoise trim in the room (Flower Comforter) .shared bathroom. Monthly cost $1,050 + 100 (Electricity bill) = $1,150 a month #3 Bedroom (extra-large room) with King size bed with desk and chair as workstation (white comforter) with shared bathroom. Monthly cost $1,150+100 (Electricity bill) = $1,250 a month. One person per room. All bedrooms have their own lock and key provided. There are 3 bedrooms/ 3 renters (no exceptions). No overnight guests are allowed, no exceptions. No smoking, vaping, smokeless cigarettes and/ or smoking/use of marijuana at any time. Share spaces are kitchen, living room, sitting room. dining room, front yard, backyard, pool, garage/laundry area. No illegal drugs and/or use inside or outside the property at any time. There is street parking available at no additional cost. Garage/ driveway parking is available for additional fee. Every Monday put all the disposal cans on the curb by 6am. Any wear and tear tenant will be held responsible. NO DIY repairs. Something breaks/ stop working contact the landlord immediately and they will respond within 8 hours. If any of the above policies and/or rules are not followed, you (can or will) be immediately evicted with cause. Monthly rent will not be refunded. Deposit will be decided case by case bases.
