These services will remain active throughout the lease term. Renters Insurance: Not required, but strongly recommended to insure personal belongings and liability. Pet Policy: Dogs (cats are case by case) allowed with a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet. Clean up after your pets in the house and on the lawn. Minimum Stay: 31-night minimum required. Guest Responsibilities: Regular wear and tear is expected. Guest must keep the home reasonably clean. Guests that leave excessive trash, odors, and /or pet messes, will incur fees for the extra work required to restore the home to its state when handed over to the guest. Guest's are responsible for replacing light bulbs and batteries as needed. Initial household supplies (e.g., bulbs, batteries, cleaning items) are provided at move-in; restocking is the tenant's responsibility. Report any issues that need repair to the owner. Failure to report damages or issues can lead to an unpleasant stay and/or cause more damage property. Trash day is Thursday morning. Moving the bins to the street at least 3 feet apart for garbage collection will keep bins and house from overflow. Please make sure to move furniture back to where it was originally located. Please do not park on the lawn because it could damage sprinklers or underground sewage lines. If any of these responsibilities aren't kept and it causes excessive messes and/or damage the guest will be held responsible with fees required to restore the home.
