About a 14 minute drive down the hill on the 330. There is use of a washer and dryer in the garage. Rent is $900 per month, plus $250 flat fee for all utilities -- WIFI, trash, water, electricity and propane. Furnished, but can be unfurnished. Month to month rental. Ideal for one person, no pets please as it is carpeted. The cabin has air conditioning and a portable electric generator with solar panel for use if the electricity is out..
