Each apartment at the Royal York Gardens includes your gas (heat) and water utilities, along with all major kitchen appliances. Our mid and top floors apartments also include air conditioning as well as balconies that over look well kept landscaping and green space. In the center of our complex is our office, which is adjacent to the salt water swimming pool. The primary bedrooms are spacious and come with a double closet for extra storage. We provide our residents with a private storage area as well as use of a laundry room both conveniently located on the first floor of their building.
