Live in a 1929 Beaux-Arts landmark, listed on the National Register of Historic Places and named for Theodore Roosevelt himself a personal friend of the original landowner. Designed by Spokane architect Gustav Pehrson, The Roosevelt was the most luxurious building in the Inland Northwest when it opened. In 2025, working with a Chicago-based historic-restoration firm, we took it apart and put it back together: the grand foyer preserved, the architectural details intact, the garden level reborn, and every one of the 64 residences quietly upgraded to modern standards.
